Good morning, everyone. Here is your moment of yes. Now, last night I watched Groundhog Day with Hollister and the kids, which happens to be one of my favorite movies of all time with Bill Murray. Not only is it an entertaining and comedic film, but the depth of the message, the spirituality in it, just the life lessons in the movie, you could probably watch that film over and over again. Just— and learn something new each time. I know I'm still processing it and having seen the movie probably 5 or 6 times now. So watching the movie last night, I thought, wow, what an awesome moment of yes. To think about what in your life do you feel like you're living over and over and over again even though you don't want to. You wake up the next day and it feels like you're rehearsing the same story, the same lessons, the— it just keeps showing up day after day after day. And no matter what you try to do to overcome it, to defeat it, it just keeps showing up. So, if you were to take a moment today and just think about what are those stories, what are your Groundhog Days that keep showing up every day for you and just be present with those. And instead of thinking about what do I need to do to end this or get past it, just be present with the idea of what are these things that And what am I learning from them? Instead of trying to figure out or solve them today, just notice what are the things that you are experiencing over and over and over again. That might open up some deeper levels of understanding, some deeper levels of insight that you've previously not noticed because we're only ever trying to get past them. So, that's your moment of yes for today. Enjoy and have a wonderful groundhog digging today for your moment of yes. Have a wonderful day.
