Good morning, everyone. Here is your Moment of Yes. You know, I've been sitting out here on the porch for a few minutes just listening and thinking about the message for today. And I had no idea that while I was sitting here, I had a buddy who was hanging with me, just listening and being present. Let me show you who I just noticed hanging out with me today. Hi, Travis. Did you see him? Yeah, he blends right in with the chair. So me and the frog, we are just hanging out this morning thinking about the moment of yes. And your moment of yes is, is to do just exactly what the frog and I are doing today. And that's just taking a moment to just reflect, to listen, and just stop doing and start being. You know, the idea of this is Today is Sunday. It's the Sabbath day. And what does the Sabbath really mean? And it really is. It's a day of stopping, pausing, and reflection. That's what it is. Because if you don't have that day of pause and reflection, well then you're constantly, constantly doing, and you're never stopping to look. Is this actually the direction that I want to go in? Am I doing things the way that are most effective, most beneficial, healthiest? Am I doing things in a way that is Moving my life in the direction that I want to go. This week we've talked about what are your oxygen activities, which activities suffocate you. So to have that one day a week, the Sabbath, take away the religious context to it and just go one day a week at a minimum that you're stopping, listening, reflecting, and thinking about bigger picture stuff. That's what today is all about. So whatever you're doing today, take some time to stop, Pause, reflect, and just think, is this what feels best to me? So today, your moment of yes, sit and hang out, be like the frog and I, and just enjoy a restful, reflective day. That's your moment of yes.
