Good morning everyone. Here is your moment of yes for today. For those of you keeping score at home, yes, this is the same shirt as yesterday. I'm over in Palm Beach this weekend for an improv show tonight. Those of you in the area, come out 8 o'clock, the Atlantic Theater, see the Jove Improv. What? Why would we do that? So, think about it. When fear shows up in our life, all that is telling us, it's revealing that we are attached to something. We are attached to something being a certain way. But when you look at fear outside of just physical harm, fear of finances, fear of losing a relationship, fear of the weather not being a certain way for whatever, when fear pops up, instead of being afraid, but instead of being intimidated or upset that fear is showing up, celebrate that because all that's doing is revealing An attachment that you have to something. It happens to me all the time. And so if you're willing to look at the fear and then go, why? What am I really afraid of? What outcome am I afraid of? And then you can go, oh look, I am attached to X. I'm attached to things being a certain way. Then you can kind of walk in that direction and challenge the beliefs that you have around that fear. It's It's kind of simple when you do it that way. It's not easy, but it's simple. So don't be impressed with your fears. Celebrate them and start to walk in that direction. Look underneath each fear stone and see what's there. That's your moment of yes for today, everyone. Have a wonderful day.
