Good morning, everyone. Here's your Moment of Yes for today, Saturday. How's my flow doing? It's in that in-between stage right now. It's— I either need to cut it or let it grow. I'm trying to let it grow. We'll see. But whoo, it's a whole lot of something going on right now. So your Moment of Yes for today. All of this week, I've been talking a lot to the different teams and the different kids about authenticity and what it means to be an authentic leader and just living an authentic life. And so one of the talks I gave the other night was about leadership. And instead of— we get caught up in thinking that a leader looks a certain way. And what we don't stop to do is ask ourselves, what kind of leader am I? And there are many different ways that we can lead. But if we're always comparing ourselves to this is what a leader looks like, we might start to feel like, well, I'm not a leader because I don't look like or I don't sound like or I don't behave like these kind of people. Yet there are so many different ways that we can lead authentically by being the best that we can be. Since it is the holiday season and the weekend is upon us, we are starting to clip closer and closer to the holidays. With the spirit of giving and the spirit of the holidays, my question to you is, how do you like to give? What does authentic giving for you look like? Well, For other people, it's to be so big with the holiday spirit that they're just, you know, you can just feel their spirit with others. Maybe it's not so external and extroverted as much as it is introverted. But the thing is, we all love to give. We all love to give in certain ways. So how is it for you that you love to give and share your love and compassion? And instead of trying to live up to some idea, Embrace your own authenticity and be the best giver that works for you. But we're all givers, we're all lovers, but just keep it and be, be the authentic you that you are. All right, happy holidays. That's your moment of yes for today. Take care.
