Good morning, actually afternoon, or whenever you're seeing this, good evening everyone. Happy Labor Day weekend to you all. Your moment of yes for today. You know, when you were growing up, most of us either had a parent or someone who would tell us, if you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all. Right? And hopefully as we've gotten older, we've tried to live by that advice. Yep. Pretty simple, but hard to do at times. How about if we took it a step further? If we don't have anything nice to think, well then don't think anything at all. If you don't have anything positive, encouraging, compassionate, helpful to think either about yourself or someone else, well, try not thinking anything at all. So let's try that right now. I just had a frustrating situation with technology, which seems to be my Achilles. So instead of rehearsing the same thoughts which always beat me up, I'm gonna try to think of nothing at all. So work with me here. Take 30 seconds of a silent thought break. All right, go. Better, right? 30 seconds. Empty your thoughts, concentrate on your breathing, let go, surrender, release, and just focus on recentering yourself. If you don't have anything nice to think, well, don't think anything at all. Try that today, and if you need to take a 30-second timeout, give yourself a timeout. That's your moment of yes for today, everyone. Have a wonderful day.
