Good morning, everyone. Here is your moment of yes. We're having a chilly cold front in South Florida right now, which means it dipped down into the 50s. Brrr. So it's all about perspective, isn't it? Your moment of yes today. Most of us don't do well with the unexpected uncertainty. We tend to do better when we have our day planned out, our week, our month, our life planned out. But when something gets thrown A monkey wrench gets thrown in the equation, it tends to throw us off base. And I guess that's kind of the point, isn't it? How do we respond in the unexpected? Do you spiral out of control? Or do you embrace it, step up, and, and handle reality? In improvisation, we call this the interruption of the routine. As soon as you establish the story and what's going on, you need to interrupt the routine. If you don't interrupt the routine, nothing interesting happens. And isn't that what life is all about? The interruption of the routine? Doesn't everything meaningful and special and unexpected that comes in life— isn't that an interruption of the routine? What we necessarily didn't see or expect coming? So ask yourself, how do I respond when my routine is interrupted? Where does my thought go? Where do I find inspiration from? Do I handle and accept reality, or do I get caught up in wanting things to be different? So that's your moment of yes for today. If you really want to shake things up, interrupt the routine for yourself. Take a different way home. Do things a little differently and see what happens as a result. We can choose to do it ourselves. That's your moment of yes. Have a great day.
