Good morning. Here is your moment of yes. Yesterday we talked about the idea of not knowing and to stop pretending that we have all the answers and just to sort of surrender and embrace the not knowing. Today for our moment of yes, the idea is, is that our journey, our adventure, our growth, our progress really doesn't begin until we say yes. And by saying yes, which is really until we accept what is going on is happening instead of trying to deny it, fight it, or even just kind of change the details. Until we say yes to what is happening to us right now and accepting it as information that's coming in, until we say yes, our journey can't begin. We're not open to the insights and the growth and the progress to actually learn and evolve And to overcome. Until we actually go, this is going on right now. What do I need to learn from this? How is it stretching me outside of my comfort zone? And what areas of my life, what areas of my thoughts are being challenged, expanded? Which areas do I need to grow from right now? Until we get to that point of saying yes and accepting that this is a journey, this is a growth process, We're not going to be open to actually learning those lessons. And so we feel more pain, we feel more struggle, we feel more victimization. So whatever is happening to you right here, right now that is causing that pain, say yes, accept it. And now you've opened yourself up to what do I need to learn from this right here, right now? Then let the journey begin. That's your moment of yes for today. Have a wonderful day.
