Good morning, everyone. Here's your moment of yes for today. Happy Saturday. Hopefully you've got something relaxing or fun planned. Do you ever think back, you know, a couple years to, to the person you were a couple years ago, or even 10, 15, 20, however far you want to go back, and think about just the different things that you were attached to, things that were so important to you, even beliefs and thoughts that you were so sure of, that you were so attached to, And they were just right, and you were right, and there was no debating their rightness, although you'd probably debate their rightness all the time. And if you are really honest and humble with yourself, those thoughts and those beliefs have probably changed a lot over the years. Even thoughts that you may have believed months ago may be totally radically different today than they were then. So just appreciate that. Your moment of yes for today is just to appreciate The constantly evolving, changing, transforming reality that is your thoughts and your beliefs, your fears. They're always changing. Things that we are so adamant about at one point in our life, we look back and go, wow, huh, that was interesting. Why was I so passionate about that? And look how my ideas have changed. So today, or the rest of the weekend, when you feel yourself getting stirred or feeling like you're so getting attached to an idea or an opinion or a belief, Having to be a certain way for you, just think back and remember, huh, this too, like the weather, might pass. And instead of being attached to it, maybe I can just notice it, let it pass, observe it, and decide whether you still want to hold on to it with such vigor. The odds are in a few years you might not be so attached to that. Maybe you will be, I don't know. So think about that. Think about that attachment and think about How you have changed over the years and you will continue to do so. That's your moment of yes for today. Have a great day.
