Good morning, everyone. Here's your Moment of Yes for today. Happy Sunday to you. Hopefully you're having a peaceful and relaxing Sunday. So your Moment of Yes for today, reminder, this is the countdown to Thanksgiving where we're spending a few moments, a few minutes each day celebrating, pondering forgiveness as we, as we work our way up to the big day of gratitude. We're going to do a lot of forgiveness along the way. So your moment of yes for today in that spirit is, have you ever felt stressed out or a ton of anxiety and you look around and maybe no one else is feeling that way? Like for example, if you're sitting in traffic and you are just, you know, maybe you're honking, maybe you want to honk, you're angry, you're frustrated, you're checking your watch and you look over in the car next to you and someone's just rocking out and they're happy. Right? Same traffic. Their response and your response is totally different. It's just a clear indicator to us that whatever we're experiencing, it's always our show. It's always our show. Sometimes we get tricked into believing that we're in other people's show and that they have control over ours. It's always our show. Just like the dude rocking out, happy as can be. You're sitting in the same traffic and you, in your show, you've created all of this stuff that That makes you stressed out and anxious. It's kind of a dumb and obvious thing, but we do allow ourselves to get tricked into thinking that we are a victim of our circumstances or that what is going on around us is not our show. At the end of the day, it always is. Traffic is just traffic. The only thing that makes traffic either good or bad is what you've got going on in your show. What's going on in your movie? What are you bringing to the projector? What are you bringing to your perspective? And putting that up on the screen. It's always your show. So as you sit and some reflection today and, and think about forgiveness, remember whatever you're feeling, that tension, that anxiety, whether it's collective group or just you individually, it is only and always your show. So what's your show look like? That's your moment of yes for today, everyone. Have a wonderful day.
