Good morning. Here is your moment of yes. I'm going to give you a really dumb and obvious statement. We tend to be good at the things we spend a lot of time doing. Yeah. There's your moment of yes for today. Think about it. If you're really good at watching TV, you've probably got a lot of experience doing it. If you're really good at cruising the internet, you probably have put a lot of time into that mastery. Likewise, if you are in shape and you're fit, You've probably spent a lot of time doing that. If you tend to eat healthy, you've spent a lot of time focusing on and building that routine and that discipline. When it comes to your work, your job, your hobbies, we tend to be good at the things we spend time doing. So think about what you do on a day-to-day basis. We are good at the things we spend time on. Do you spend time on nurturing the relationships that are important? Do you spend time on cultivating and creating and creating a discipline around the things that make you happy and peaceful? Or are you getting really good at things that you ultimately don't care about? Is that reality show really going to matter a year from now, 5 years from now? Or is spending some more time doing something a little more meaningful going to grow and progress you along further in life, the things that you actually care about? No judgment on reality. Okay, I do have some judgment, I'm sorry. But think about what do you want to be good at and ask yourself, how much time am I spending on it? That's your moment of yes for today. Have a wonderful day. Thank you.
