Good morning, here is your moment of yes. Wow, take, take a look at this masterpiece right here. Isn't that something? It is Saturday morning. I just got done doing a morning yoga class on the beach with Hollister and the kids. We got a little late going and I got down here, class had already started, the wind was blowing, there's a big volunteer activity going on. And so finding my level of peace, being able to get into a quiet, silent, reflective, meditative, prayerful state was a little difficult this morning. But the idea that came to me while being on the mat covered in sand, windblown, having to step away one or two times to help the kids, the idea that came to me in this rush, in a little bit of the panic, was just to breathe. And I think one of the things that I really love and appreciate most about yoga, although it's not a practice that I do on a regular basis yet, is just the focus on breathing. And as you're listening to this right now, stop, pause me, and just take 3 deep breaths. Just take that moment right now. And as you come back, just notice that breathing is one of the most important things that we do, yet how often do we really just stop and focus and really center and balance our breathing? And so your opportunity for today as you go through the day is to notice your breathing, focus on your breathing, and especially when you're feeling a moment of tension, anxiety, or stress, those are the most important times to stop, focus your breathing, and it really just helps transform your entire state. So that's your moment of yes from today. I'm off to do something with this mop. You have a wonderful day. I'll see you tomorrow.
