Hello everyone, here is your moment of yes. I am back in sunny Florida. It's good to be home and good to be back in the warmth. As I was flying back today, I was thinking about being in an airplane, 30,000, 20,000 feet in the air, and just recognizing, you know, how much trust that I put in the airline, the mechanics, the technology, the creativity. Then just noticing all the trust I put in different things and different people every day. Whenever there's a sense of fear, we have a sense of fear around something, essentially what we're doing is we're not trusting what we feel to sort of be the source of that concern. I challenge you all today, or I invite you to, is to think about whatever different things in your life where there's a fear. Or there's a lack of trust is, can you take that back to your sweet spot? Can you take that back to wherever you turn to for comfort, be it God, the universe, love, whatever that is? Can you take that idea that you don't trust or you fear, can you take it to that spot and just be in that spot with your fear, your concern? Is there any more trust That you are able to feel by going to that spot. And I know for me, you know, when we run into some turbulence, you know, I go right back to love. I go right back to love as my source of safety and protection, and it always calms me down. So what do you trust? And when you really feel that sense of fear, where do you go to gain a higher sense of trust? That's your opportunity for today and your moment of yes.
