Good morning, everyone. Here is your moment of yes for today. I was just playing the game Uno with my sons and one of my sons kicked me in the Uno, if you know what I mean, right in the chicken nuggets. And on purpose, he's being playful and didn't feel good, nor does it ever. So, my moment of yes for today is when— Hey, birds. When life kind of kicks you In the Uno. Our impulse is to power through it and move through it and fight through it. Sometimes we need to stop, let go, release, stay in that moment, and breathe. We need to reflect. We need to think of the big picture instead of just powering through the painful moment. If we always power through our painful moments, we're not always learning from those moments of what life's bigger lessons might be. So when you kind of get kicked in the gut or you run into a setback, sometimes that's your opportunity to stop and reflect. Not that we're still not moving through it, of course we're moving through it, but we're moving through it from a standpoint of learning and progress and learning life's lessons compared to put my head down, block it out, and just get on the other side. Because if we just block it out, there's a good chance we're going to have to deal with that same lesson again and again and again until we learn it. So next time you get kicked in the, you know, the nuggets, breathe through it. What do I need to learn? And then keep moving on. That's your moment of yes for today, everyone. Have a wonderful day.
