Good morning, everyone. Here is your Moment of Yes for today. Happy December 30th. Can you believe it? 2 days until 2014. Very exciting. I feel like I've been hit with some resistance here this last week, running into lots of technical difficulties as far as finishing the year, getting the video out every day, but I'm committed to doing so. Your moment of yes for today is leave it here. All right, we're almost into 2014, so we're thinking about, you know, newness and freshness and, and new inspiration for 2014. I want you to take some time today to sit, listen, and reflect on what do you want to leave here in 2013? What stories, what fears, what beliefs What resentment? What jealousy? Whatever it is, what are you going to choose to not take with you into your backpack into 2014? What is not serving you any longer? What is what is your authenticity, your grace, your peace? What is love asking you to let go of, inviting you to let go of? Take some time today to think about what might some of those things. How would it feel to let go of those? And then just challenge yourself gently to try to let go, to surrender, to just leave a little bit behind here in 2013. Simple stuff, right? Come on. And of course, anyone who wants to jump in Yes 101 for January, it starts next— it starts on January 2nd, and the first ever 7 Days of Yes will be posted shortly. That's your moment of yes for today, everyone. Have a great day. Bye.
