Good morning everyone. Here's your Moment of Yes for today. In order to not do another Moment of Yes in the dark, I'm doing this one from work in fluorescent heaven. And so, we've got so much rain, it's been so overcast in the morning that I can't shoot the Moment of Yes outside right now as you know from yesterday. So, making the best of it. So, today's Moment of Yes is actually simple. Less is more. We've heard that idea our whole life. Less is more. But often when we hear that idea, we think about it in terms of having to give up things that we really want or having to give up sacrifice, having to sacrifice in order to to you know be more sustainable or whatnot. And the idea I want to challenge you with today is. The idea of less is more is actually, it's not about giving up, it's actually about getting more. And so when you think about your health, when you think about your physical health, less junk food, less sugar is more health, is more of what you want. And so thinking in those terms of Of the less of things that we do that might not be feeding our soul, feeding our yes as much as we would like, the less of that we do, the more time, space, energy, and opportunity we give for actually doing those things that actually bless us and lift us and take us more and more into our yes. So today, and there might be a couple-day theme on this, Less is more. Ask yourself, what could you have less of or do less of today, which would in turn give you more of something else that you really desire? Sit with that, think about it, ponder it. That's your moment of yes for today, everyone. Have a wonderful day. Thank you.
