Good morning, everyone. Here is your Moment of Yes. You know, yesterday on my 3-hour commute into work, I got thinking about sort of my mental list of everything that I needed to get done this week and in the coming weeks, as well as things that I'm praying about, different problems, things like that. And my mental list started to get really, really long. I don't know if any of you guys can relate to that. Anyone? Yeah, maybe. So as the larger my list was getting, the more I realized, wow, I really need to let go of this. I need to turn over this sense of anxiety and stress and feeling that I need to figure out how to do everything and come up with the solution for all of these ideas. What I really needed to do was surrender, release that stress, that feeling, and just turn it over to love. For me, that means, you know, letting go and letting God, letting go and letting love, turning it over to the universe, to soul, to grace, to whatever that power that you feel connected to, that source that you feel connected to, and recognizing that this intelligence is much larger than any of us individually and really is constantly laying out for us step by step Every solution, every need we have moment to moment. And to take that off our mental list, to take that backpack off of things that we're carrying around, thinking that we need to figure it out and surrendering it to love, surrendering it to intelligence allows us to keep doing what we need to do, staying in the moment, being present. Working on the thing that is calling forth our attention right now and just knowing that we're connected to our source and that everything that we're working on is going to unfold and that we can keep going back to it but we don't need to carry it around thinking that we constantly have to figure it out. So today, let go and let love and then just enjoy the rest of your day moment by moment and that is your moment of yes. Have a great day everyone.
