Good morning everyone. Here is your moment of yes for today. Your moment of yes for today is listen in the noise. Now I just got back from a run a few minutes ago. You can see I'm still sweating quite a bit even after the shower. And as I was on my run, I was trying to do my listening. I was clearing my mind, clearing my thoughts, seeing what showed up. And you know, just a lot of chatter showed up. And then I got to a busy road at about the halfway point and started running along the busy road. And the road was so busy that I actually couldn't hear myself think. And it was a total wake-up call. It was a wake-up call that all I had been doing was listening to my own noise. And now that I found myself in this external loud noise that was so kind of overbearing, it kind of shocked me back into, wait a second, you're supposed to be listening and you're not. You're just kind of wandering. And so even in the loudest noise, it helped me kind of recenter and refocus. And bring myself back to clearing my thought and almost kind of creating somewhat of a white noise to listen internally again, to listen within. And it totally brought me back to that place. And so it's— even though it was the loudest distraction, the loudest noise, it refocused me and re-centered me. And oftentimes when we're in the middle of our day or we're working on something, when things can seem to be at their loudest, at their most distracted, Is when that's our opportunity or our reminder to focus ourselves internally, to listen internally, and to get quiet. So as you go out through your day today or this week and you, you hear the noise, the external noise almost becoming too unbearable, remember that's your cue to go back inward, listen inside. So listen inside the noise. That's your Moment of Yes for today, everyone. Have a wonderful day. Have a wonderful day.
