Your Moment of Yes for today, I was actually talking to my wife last night and we were talking about how, you know, people say that, you know, I wish, I wish we could keep the spirit of the Christmas season with us all year round. Yet for a lot of people, there's a lot of stress and anxiety that we express most during the holiday season, and not sure that's what we want to keep with us The whole year round. It's— I think it's the, the, um, the selflessness and the giving and the, uh, the joy and compassion. Um, and so that's, that's what our focus is for today, this weekend, as, as we approach kind of the countdown for, for the main holiday push here. You know, the temptation to get wrapped up into, um, needing, needing your giving to be so big and perfect, right? Uh, instead of simplifying and just, and just allowing yourself to Just live through grace and live through compassion and live through joy. So for today, just take a moment and what quality of the season, what quality of the season really resonates with you most today? Just think about that. What quality of the holiday season really resonates with me most today? And have your focus today, tomorrow, be to express that to the best of your ability, whatever that quality is. So take a moment, find that quality. Express it to the best of your ability, and that is living and expressing the spirit of the holiday season. That's your moment of yes for today, everyone.
