Good morning, everyone. Here is your moment of yes for today. Happy Saturday, everyone. So hopefully it's, it's Saturday. If you're not working, hopefully you're finding something to do that is just allowing you to relax, to be, to reflect, to be in more of a state of being instead of doing today. And so hopefully you can find that time for yourself either today or tomorrow. Your moment of yes for today is thinking about how how your purpose, how you are living your purpose on a daily basis, how it's showing up. And so I challenge you today to take a few minutes, whether it's five minutes or whatnot, just to be quiet, just to listen, and see if you can notice what is the one thing, the one event or one experience that stands out to you most from this past week. You know, what is that one thing that That when you think back to your past week, what is the one thing that immediately comes to your thought and comes to the surface? And then, and then ask yourself why. Why is that the thing that, that you are thinking about most, that, that rises to the surface for your week? So why is that the thing? And then ask yourself, what are you learning from it? Good or bad, what are you learning from it? Maybe you took some really good things about how you responded to a situation or an event. And it's kind of like, wow, gratitude for how you responded and showed up. Or maybe it's something that you're struggling with that is a really ripe listening or learning space for you, that you— some key ideas for you to continue to learn from that person, that event, or that experience. So take that time today, a few minutes. I know Hollister and I are going out to do some yoga, so I'm excited to have some just really quiet Reflective, meditative time listening in that as well. So reflect back, what are you learning? That's your moment of yes for today, everyone. Have a wonderful day.
