Good morning, everyone. Here's your Moment of Yes for today. It is Tuesday. Hope you're doing well. Countdown to Thanksgiving continues. Here we are, I guess, 3 days away. Today, tomorrow, Thursday, Thanksgiving is here. And maybe you're still at work, maybe you've taken time off, you're on the road, you're out, whatever you're doing. So your focus for today with our Countdown to Thanksgiving, our focus on forgiveness I just want you to take a moment right now and think back, whether it's this year or just think back to what regret, what feeling are you carrying about yourself that you haven't let go of? Maybe you feel like it's a giant mistake that you made or regret that you have from this year or previous year. Or just something that you just, you feel yourself kind of, it's still in your backpack, you're carrying it with you. And what shows up when you take a few minutes just to go, to notice your own thoughts? What is showing up as far as, I can't believe I this, or I should know better than this, and whatever, whatever shows up, just ponder that. And then I'm going to challenge you today is just give yourself a big fat That internal hug. Just to love yourself, give yourself, treat yourself with compassion. We don't— we're often harder on ourselves than we are on others. And forgive yourself. Give yourself credit for whatever you did. You were probably doing the best that you could possibly do at that moment. And even if you weren't, you can still take a moment to just love yourself and move on. Ask yourself, what did I learn from that? And move on. Love yourself, let go, and just wrap yourself in your own forgiveness. And that's just another thing that we can let go as we move forward, especially with Thanksgiving coming up. So love yourself, hug yourself, forgive yourself. That's your moment of yes for today. Have a wonderful day, everyone.
