Good morning, everyone. Here is your moment of yes, and the idea for today is get out of your comfort zone. That's right. If you're feeling comfortable, if you're feeling safe, it's time to get out of it. Your comfort zone is not serving you. Yes, we all need to have a comfort zone that we come back to, to recharge our batteries, to feel safe, to feel trusted, To feel loved and supported. But as we move throughout the day, our goal should be to actually get out of our comfort zone as much as possible, to stretch outside of our comfort zone. When you think about it, when you want to blow up a balloon, you take the balloon and you pull at it before you start blowing into it. It's that pulling and that stretching of the balloon that actually stretches it out So that you can expand into a bigger space, so that you can blow it up. So that's what we're doing every day. We are pulling and stretching at ourselves to get outside of our comfort zone. All of our learning and growth takes place outside of the comfort zone. And then we come back into our comfort zone to feel safe, to reflect, and to think about what we learned. But as long as we stay inside that space, we're not going to ever grow beyond it. So today, your moment of yes, get outside your comfort zone. Do one small thing today that stretches you outside of that space, that makes you feel uncomfortable, that makes you feel a little bit out of your element. It's okay, you can go back into your comfort zone and think about what you learned. But you got to get beyond that space to grow and progress. That's your moment of yes for today. Have a wonderful day.
