Good morning, everyone. Here is your moment of yes for today. Happy Monday to you. I want to give a quick shout out to Brian Reekers, and I attended a live talk with him yesterday, which was super inspiring. I got a lot out of it. Fantastic, Brian. Great job yesterday. Please respond and post on this thread, Brian, your exact website. I don't have it handy. For me right now, but I'd love to have people go your way and check it out. So thanks again, man. Your moment of yes for today, everyone, is the idea of staying open. And when you think of nature, when you think of the openness of a flower or the openness of a tree to receive the sun or to receive rain or receive water, and just the idea of staying open. When we're open, we're alive and we're receptive. And we tend to be looking outward compared to when we're closed off. When you think closed, you think closed body language, closed-mindedness. We tend to hunker down and think inward and not really be open or receptive to not only other people but other ideas. And just the difference in how that feels, the difference between being open compared to being closed. And so your moment of yes for today is As you go throughout the day, just notice, how open am I being right now? How open am I being to another idea, another opinion, another person, another perspective? And just notice how that feels in your body and your emotions and your thoughts when you catch yourself being closed compared to being open. So be like nature. There is a time to close, often when we need to rest or when we really need to hunker down in dangerous moments. But that idea of going through life, we want to be as open as possible. So that's your moment of yes for today, everyone. Be open and have a wonderful day.
