Good morning, everyone. Here's your Moment of Yes for today. So I am back in Florida. I got home late last night. I'm wearing a few less layers than in St. Louis, but grateful for a great weekend, grateful to be home, and not really grateful for the sun directly in my face, but grateful for the sun. So my Moment of Yes for today isn't so much— I guess it's kind of more of a question or just an observation. Yesterday I gave a talk at my old school. And so I had this moment before going up on stage. And this actually happened this summer once too before I gave a talk. And this feeling of actually being overcome with so much joy. And just love, and to the point that I was moved and choked up and crying. And so the interesting thing about it though is that the joy and the love wasn't attached to anything. And it wasn't attached to a person. It wasn't attached to a thing. It was just a total overcoming or over— yeah, an overcoming of joy and peace and gratitude and love. And so it's more of just an observation today because I don't have an answer for why. All I can say is that it was just an unconditional expression of love. And that's kind of a cool thing. And it just makes me think and reflect on that ability to be in the present moment, to be so overcome, to be so grateful, to be so joyful— excuse me— without it needing to be about someone or something. And Can I bring that to more moments of my day? Obviously, it's not me bringing it. Aha! It's not me doing the bringing, but obviously me actually know. So today's moment of yes is for me to just sit with that and appreciate it and do some more listening. So that was my experience, and that's your moment of yes for today. Have a great day, everyone.
