In this short spoken‑word motivational video, the speaker shares a personal "moment of yes" that occurred while taking a shower. He describes catching himself trapped in a repetitive overthinking loop, replaying the same scenario repeatedly. Recognizing this pattern, he chooses to consciously surrender the thoughts—either to God, love, or a higher source—rather than forcing a solution. He explains that releasing the mental burden creates space for inspiration to arise naturally. The speaker invites listeners to notice when they are overthinking, to let go of the need to solve the problem immediately, and to trust that insight will emerge, encouraging them to practice this release throughout the day.

Good morning, everyone. Here is your moment of yes for today. So, your moment of yes for today is this morning, I was taking a shower and keep it clean. This isn't a moment of yes after dark, alright? It's a whole other concept I'm thinking about. Anyway, I'm in the shower and I just catch myself thinking about the same thing over and over and over again. And I'm acting out all these different scenarios. Well, I'm not acting them out but I'm thinking through All these different scenarios. I'm just kind of stuck on this repeated loop in my head about thinking about this one thing. And then I catch myself and I'm like, okay, this is something that I'm really overthinking. And we all have those things that we catch ourselves overthinking. And when we catch ourselves in that sort of frame of mind or in that frame of thought, it's really an opportunity for us once we notice that is to really let it go. To Surrender, to move our attention elsewhere. I like to surrender it to God or surrender it to love and just release it and know that whatever inspiration I need will sort of come to me without me sort of forcing a solution. But that's what we tend to do when we overthink something. We feel like that we need to consciously force the solution instead of sort of surrendering our problem-solving mindset to inspiration. Right. To a source greater than our sort of our conscious mind. And so I caught myself doing that this morning and just feeling the sense of freedom and letting that burden go when we're able to do that. So my moment of yes for you today is to notice your thinking when you find yourself in a repetitive mind where you're overthinking something over and over again and thinking like you have to be the one that comes up with the solution for it. Can you find a sense of release, surrender? Can you let it go even if it comes back a few minutes later and then you let it go again until all of a sudden you're hit with a moment of inspiration where you're like, perfect, that's all I have to do. Give that a shot today everyone. That's your moment of yes. Have a wonderful day.
