Good morning, everyone. Here is your moment of yes for today, Friday. Yes, happy Friday to everyone. Want to say thanks again to Robbie Soaks Jr. yesterday from I Talk to Strangers. Had a great time getting some coffee with him yesterday morning. Fantastic guy and fantastic organization, so make sure you check that out. And say hi to the, the Inspiration House Eco Spirituality group that my wife and I I did our conference call with last night. We finished that group, which was a really inspiring group to talk with last night and an inspiring last couple of months. So hello to all of you. And with both, you know, having my morning conversation with Robbie talking about, you know, having conversations with strangers and that global impact, and then the eco-spirituality group at night with having a global impact. With the environment. The idea that comes to me this morning for your moment of yes is to think about everything that you do has an impact. Every relationship that you have, every interaction you have with someone has an impact, and every choice and every action that you make has an impact on either on someone else or something or the environment. So the question that comes to me this morning is, Is to ask yourself, with the choices that you make and how you respond to situations, are you an interruption or are you a participant? I think of a participant as someone who is joining in, sort of in collaboration with something that's going on, whether it's joining in in a relationship, joining in an interaction, joining in sort of in the spirit of oneness, compared to being an interruption where you are trying to— Intervene. Not distract, but kind of force or push your way into something. And that might be a relationship or kind of forcing your will into whether it's on the environment or whatever choice that you are making. So are you a participant or are you an interruption? And I think that's what's coming to me this morning as far as how do you interact with others? What is the impact you're having On lives, on people, on the world, on the earth? Are you interrupting and almost causing a distraction, or are you participating and joining in? And so that's the question I'm sitting with today, and that is your moment of yes. Have a wonderful Friday, everyone. Thank you.
