Good morning, everyone. Here is your moment of yes for today. You know, sometimes if you've ever gone like for a walk through the woods or through a field and you come out and you look down and you notice you've got like these little burrs stuck all over your pants or all over your clothes, and obviously you have to stop, you got to sit down and, and you got to pull them off, and they don't come off as easy as just waving your hand at your pant leg. Like they, they're in there. And so you've got to legitimately stop and almost kind of singly take each one off. And it can take a lot of time. It can be annoying and frustrating. But obviously it needs to be done or it's just going to keep sticking to you. It's going to be attached. So I've noticed with myself that the days when I take some time at the end of a day to sit down and And notice what has attached itself to me for the day. What burrs, what little things have attached themselves to me mentally that I'm hanging on to that are uncomfortable. Sometimes it's not as easy as just kind of washing my face and shaking it off. Sometimes I need to sit down, really listen, reflect, and individually pick and pull each one off. And some of them don't want to come off. And some of them seem to show up the next day as well. But that idea of mindfulness, the attention to look at what is attaching itself to us that we're holding on to, to really spend each time, to spend time each day, if not each week, really noticing it and pulling those apart. Just taking them off of us, recognizing our true nature, our true identity. That peaceful spiritual identity and picking off those parts of us that aren't serving us. So do that today. At the end of the day, pick off those burrs that are attached to you and you'll feel a world of a difference. That's your moment of yes for today, everyone. Have a wonderful day. Have a wonderful day.
