Good morning, everyone. Here is your Moment of Yes for today. Happy Thursday to you. Now, yesterday I had you think about someone that you really respect or admire and to think about those 2 qualities in them. Today it's going to be a little bit different. I want you to think of, think of 2 people that, that are part of your everyday life. You probably see them quite a bit on a day-to-day basis, whether you work with them or you live with them. Or they just come into contact with you. It doesn't even have to be someone that you know that well. But think of 2 people. Do you have those 2 people? Yes. Good. Now, right now, I want you to take a moment right after this video ends. I want you to stop and pause, and I want you to just see both of them. Just think about them and all that you appreciate about them, even if this is a person— even if this is someone that you struggle with. Stop and pause, and just see all of the good in them, and just kind of hold them in that mental space of appreciation and and compassion. Hold them in that mental space. And then I'm going to challenge you throughout the day today: whenever you find yourself in some idle moments, again, instead of distracting yourself like with your cell phone, remember those two people, and again, just keep going back to holding them in that mental space. of compassion, thinking appreciative thoughts, grateful thoughts for them, just appreciating, you know, who they are at their best and seeing them that way. And that's it. I want you to do that whenever you find those moments today. Keep thinking of those same people and just have that be your exercise for today. Now, the cheat sheet is, you know, when you do this, The results have shown staggeringly that it only improves your day as a result. So I challenge you to do that, see how it shows up for you, and let me know how it goes. That's your moment of yes. Have a great day, everyone.
