Your electric bill is high because you leave lights on. Your mind works the same way. Notice the thoughts, fears, and anxieties running constantly in your head and turn them off, even though they'll come back. Do it enough times and you'll actually focus better.

Good morning, everyone. Here is your moment of yes for today. Another hump day is upon us. Happy hump day, everyone. Your moment of yes for today is, well, my wife and I just got our electric bill for the month. Wow. Yeah. So we are finding new ways to turn off lights, to keep things Things off power-wise, to keep the air conditioner off as much as possible. And so to shut down all of these unnecessary power sources or things that are running that are essentially kind of sucking your energy or making you run at a high cost. So as I'm sitting here listening this morning, the idea came Pay attention to the thoughts, the stories, the anxiety, whatever things are constantly running in your head, which is essentially bringing you down, wasted energy, energy that is essentially just not helping you with your progress, with your growth, with your efficiency. And we have these, these little stories or these fears or these beliefs that continuously run, and they're really not doing anything for us. And the more that we can notice them, pay attention to them, let them go, release them, turn them off— they're probably going to try to come right back again— but if we notice them and release them, instead of carrying them with us throughout the day where they continue to run and burn energy And essentially take away, you know, the positive energy that we are living and expressing every day. So notice all of those energy suckers. Notice all of those fears and beliefs that are those little stories that are constantly running in your head all day. Notice them, release them, let them go. A lot of them will try to pop back up. But just notice them, release them, and let them go. And hopefully your power bill next month will be a less cheaper, a little, a little cheaper. That's your moment of yes for today. Happy hump day. Have a wonderful day, everyone.
