Good morning, everyone. Here is your moment of yes. Happy Friday. Yes. Oh man, it's Robot Friday. Look at that. I'm not sure if the video fully captured how amazing that robot was. I mean, it's Friday. You just want to dance. You want to do something big on Friday, and I encourage you to do that. And I just wasted 26 seconds of your life. So your moment of yes for today is act accordingly. I had a big aha moment this past weekend while having a lot of reflection meditation time sitting in nature and noticing nature and just noticing the peace and the stillness of nature. And I've always thought about how, you know, obviously as humans we are disrupting ecosystems, we're constantly disrupting nature. And it can be a very fearful, very frustrating thing to notice and deal with. And this idea came to me very clearly this weekend, is that nature responds accordingly. It just always responds accordingly. No matter how much either humans or any other species or any other thing disrupts nature, it just responds accordingly. There's no battle. There's no personal— Conflict. And I'm not talking about nature always, you know, every species, because, you know, our disruption affects species. But nature itself, by its nature, no pun intended, it just adapts. It adapts, it responds, it acts accordingly. That was a big idea for me this weekend, and just knowing that, that ability to just respond to the moment as Adapt and do the best you can with what is happening is a very freeing and a very powerful place to be. And so today, Friday, your moment of yes is to act accordingly. Act in natural response to the circumstances. Not a sense of battle, not a sense of war, but acting, adapting, and responding accordingly. That's your moment of yes. I'll send you out on a robot. Boom, boom, boom, boom.
