Good morning, everyone. Here's your moment of yes for today. I wake up this morning thinking about all the people, all the families, all of those in Boston that were affected by the tragedy yesterday, that were a part of it and witnessed to it. And my moment of yes for today is, is for all of us to, to stop watching the news. And I think about the people that I saw yesterday who ran toward the explosions, who ran towards the smoke to help. The people in that moment of need, the people that responded by running to help and support. And that is the human spirit. That is what all of us have inside of us. Our yearning, our desire, our our passion to help people in need. So now, as we move forward for the next few days, however long, the temptation is to keep watching the news, to keep checking in, to keep watching the events over and over and over again and get paralyzed by that. Instead, turn the news off and turn your focus that no matter where you are in the world, there are people who Are needing your love every day. And it might not be tragic enough to get your attention, but see if you can turn your focus today to running towards people who are in need of love, running towards people who need help. And they might not be screaming for it, but maybe you're able to notice, maybe you're able to, to look with a different perspective. With a different intention to see who is in need, how can I help, how can I bring my love. People are calling and needing it every moment of the day, but sometimes it's not as dramatic as what happened yesterday. So instead of being paralyzed, instead of getting so wrapped up into watching the images over and over again on TV, turn it off and look To your fellow man. Look to your neighbor. Look to your coworker and see how can you run to them and give them your love. That's your moment of yes for today, everyone. Have a wonderful day.
