Good morning, everyone. Happy Christmas Eve day. This is your Moment of Yes for today. I wanted to get it out as quickly as possible, thus it's dark out, overcast, a little chilly, and I'm on my way into Panera right now to get some work done and spread a little holiday cheer. And so today, Christmas Eve, yesterday I said clear your calendar because today is the day that you get every last minute bit of things done, and I know without a doubt you're going to be doing that anyway, but you can do this while you're doing that or if you've cleared your day and you've given yourself opening, is spend today really in that mindset and that spirit, that random acts of kindness mindset. Christmas Eve, instead of thinking about all the things you need to get done for you and your family, it's the holidays, think, what can I do for anyone around me? That might be a smile. It might be a compliment. It might be, oh, I love— it might be buying them a cup of coffee when— surprising someone, hey, I'll take care of their order behind me. Whatever, random— walking Christmas cookies over to your neighbors, whatever, but take on— that's your goal today. So if anyone wants to post anything they've done, fantastic, but to have today be that mindset of— That's the spirit of what the season is all about, the giving, but not just the giving to our family and friends, the giving to people around us who are never expecting us. That's why I wanted you to clear your calendar today. That's what's living your yes, your authenticity, getting outside of your comfort zone is all about, and that's what we're going to do today as we roll into Christmas tomorrow morning. Happy Christmas Eve every day, every day, everyone. That's your assignment for today, moment of yes. Have a wonderful day.
