Hello, happy Sunday everyone. How are you doing? Here's your moment of yes for today. So your moment of yes for today is to say it out loud. That's right. I want you to spend as much time as you can today paying attention to the thoughts that you have in your head that you don't necessarily say out loud. And whatever thoughts you have in your head, if you wouldn't say it out loud or you wouldn't be comfortable saying it out loud, that's a really, really good thought to notice. Whether that's a thought you have about yourself, oh, I'm such an idiot, or I'm so stupid, or I'm so fat. Whatever thought that you have to yourself, would you say it out loud and be comfortable with it? Or a thought or a judgment you have about someone else, would you be comfortable saying it out loud? And so do that little test with yourself today. It's going to force you to be obviously conscious and aware, to notice, to pay attention to the thoughts that show up, and to realize that you are kind of detached from those and that Those thoughts are not you, but now you can spend the day noticing those thoughts and asking yourself, wow, is that something that I would say out loud? Is that really true? And just notice it. Just notice the amount of time we spend with the negative self-talk, with the negative thoughts, the judgmental thoughts, and just knowing that if that's constantly going on, how, how might that be affecting you? And is there something that you might want to address or go back to, whether it's any beliefs or unresolved judgment or forgiveness? So say it out loud. Would you be comfortable saying it out loud? If not, notice that, pay attention to it, and maybe it's time to do some work on that. That's your Moment of Yes for today, everyone. Have a great day.
