Good morning, everyone. Here is your moment of yes for today. Now, yesterday, we thought about a friend or a family member and we just held them in our thought, in wholeness, in perfection, in love. And so, for someone that we love and appreciate, that's, that's a little easier to do. So today, we're going to build off of that idea and I want you to think of someone That you struggle with, either their personality, something they've done to you, or something that you, you just really struggle with them. So think of that person right now. Who's the first person that comes to mind? Now think of that person and see if you can see them the same way that you held that loved one yesterday. Can you see them in the same light? Can you see them as coming from the same source of love, from the universe, God, whatever you see as your highest sense of right? Do you see them as coming from the same source and having the potential or ability to express those same kinds of qualities? So getting past any feelings, opinions, judgments that you have of them, can you just Hold them in thought, in the same light, with the same compassion and perfection and wholeness that you thought about the that person that you love and appreciate. So that's your moment of yes for today. What's it feel like when you see that person differently? How does that change you? How does that affect you? Give it a shot today. That's your moment of yes. I would love to hear from you how that goes. So feel free to respond on the blog page and have a great day, everyone.
