Good morning everyone. Here is your moment of yes for today. So last night here in Florida, I think all of Florida, we got slammed with some big storms. And obviously there's some big storms going on across the country. And as I woke up this morning, I looked out the window and I could see the debris of different palm leaves and different debris that had fallen from some of the trees. And it just made me think about— What? Embracing the idea of the storm, embracing the storm as it comes and noticing that sometimes storms shake us and helps us break loose all of the debris in our lives. It helps break loose all those things that are kind of hanging on, that are dead but are still hanging on, and the storm breaks them loose and they fall down and they expose themselves and we can clean up after them. I just love that idea. I love that analogy of when we are shaken, it literally shakes free the dust. It shakes free the debris. It shakes free the dead things in our life that are no longer serving us, but we don't always notice until they're shaken and we can see them and we expose them. And so you look around and you can see it and go, I am no longer going to carry that around. I don't need that a part of my life anymore. Your old beliefs, your old thoughts, your old fears. So when we find ourselves in those moments of our life when we're being shaken, we might not enjoy the shaking at the time, but embrace the idea that with the shaking comes the loosening of old dead ideas that are no longer serving us. So think today, your moment of yes, what dead old ideas are ready to be shook, are ready to be loosened, and ready to fall off? Think about that today. That's your moment of yes, and embrace the storm. It's bringing the New life, new rejuvenation. Have a great day, everyone.
