Good morning, everyone. Happy Saturday. Here is your moment of yes for today. Your moment of yes for today— yesterday was all about random acts of yes. So, if you had any random act of yes, send it my way. Would love to hear what you did. Today, it's all about gratitude and appreciation. Very simple straightforward things. But I'm going to challenge you to stop one person, to talk to one person, call one person, email one person, text one person. Let them know what you appreciate about them or you're grateful for. And for me, I'm going to do this right now because today is Shepherd's 6th birthday. The big 6 today for Sheppy Pants. And so today, here are 6 things that I am grateful for or appreciative for Shepherd today. Thinking of 6 might be tough. Let me see if I can do this. One, that he still Sucks his thumb with a blanket. All right, very cute. That's one. 2, that he can watch an entire soccer or baseball game, know what's going on, and be able to dispute offsides when it's called in soccer, as well as balls and strikes. 3, that he's a great snuggler. The guy is a great snuggler, a great cuddler, and— but very particular. That's— it's still a good thing. 4, that he's actually very detail-oriented. He's good at remembering details unlike his father or his brother and being able to remember details and knowing where things go and very specifically that way. 5, he's a funny dude. He's a funny, funny guy and a very funny sense of humor. I won't tell you what he did when he came into the bedroom this morning. Borderline inappropriate. We're still working on that, but a funny dude. And 6, he's just a cool cat. He is just a cool, cool cat, and he's got such a big heart even though he has a tough time kind of showing it. He gets a little nervous and shy. Holland just loves— outwardly it's big. Trinity just makes fun of me. But, but Sheffy, his heart is there too, and I can, I can feel he's a passionate, passionate guy. So I love that dude. 6 years old. Happy birthday, brother.
