Good morning, everyone. Here is your moment of yes for today. Ask yourself, when is the last time that you got out of bed in the morning so excited about what was happening that day? Or are you finding yourself in the morning hitting that snooze bar or hitting the snooze on your phone multiple times? You snooze, you lose. We've heard that our whole life, but I think that was kind of a pre-snooze bar Saying yet. If you notice yourself hitting that snooze bar a number of times in the morning over and over again, and it's a consistent thing from day in to day out, week in, week out, what is behind the fact that, that you're avoiding, not wanting to get up in the morning? What, what is, what is holding you back? What are you not inspired about? What are you not looking forward to? That, that desire, that excitement, that, that purpose of getting out of bed each morning is being squashed, is being halted. And if you find yourself too many mornings or too many weeks or too much of a routine really dreading and hitting that snooze bar as many times as possible because you do not want to get up, it might be cause to do some serious reflection and serious listening behind what exactly is going on. Are you avoiding doing something that is very good for you? And although it's very good for you, you are struggling with it. Maybe it's exercise. Maybe it's working on a project. So there might be a very purposeful activity that you know you want to do, but you're struggling doing it. So that could be it. The other one could be is that you are so unhappy with a job, with work, with school, with something. that you would rather stay unconscious and go back to sleep instead of having to face something that you really don't enjoy doing. So why are you hitting that snooze bar? A, is it because you know what you're supposed to do but you're letting resistance hold you back? Or B, you know that what you need to do that day is so enjoyable or You just— no purpose behind it, you just don't want to do it. Either one of them, there's probably a good bit of listening, reflection, and inspiration that is ready to be opened up to break through that resistance. So, why are you hitting the snooze bar? Because if you snooze, you do lose. That's your moment of yes for today, everyone. Have a wonderful day. Bye.
