So as we find ourselves going through some of these old things and cleaning up some of those spots in our home, our garage, at our work, or just in our life in general, Just kind of notice and pay attention to some of the things that we're going through and getting rid of. And can we do some spring cleaning for our mental space as well? You know, what things have we been holding on to in our thoughts for a while that maybe we can get rid of? Maybe we can drop them off at a mental Goodwill or a secondhand store. Maybe it's time just to actually maybe put them in the trash. And get rid of them forever. So your moment of yes for today is do your own mental spring cleaning. And as you start to get rid of some of the clutter and some of the things that have been building up, notice that just like spring, when, when seeds start to sprout and break the surface, where is your heart leading you? What is sort of breaking the surface of your heart and calling forth your attention, your energy, and your love? So let's get rid of some of the old stuff, make room for the new, for the heart stuff that's breaking through the surface. That's your moment of yes for today.
