Good morning everyone. Here is your moment of yes for today. Today I am at Anna Marie Donuts on Anna Marie Island here outside of Bradenton. So I just had a chocolate and sea salt donut, which is pretty darn good. So your moment of yes for today, yesterday we talked about cleaning out, whether it's cleaning out a room, a shelf, a closet, a drawer, something. And then just paying attention to whatever thoughts or ideas that we need to be cleaning out of our thought or our consciousness as well. Cleaning them out, noticing them, and then we can start to let them go. And so hopefully you had some good time doing that yesterday. Your idea for today is just to look for opportunities to just bless someone else. How does that work? I know it's a simple idea, but as I was driving here today and I stopped at a light and I looked over at the person next to me, And our first inclination is often to judge and to label someone. And I was just struck with this idea, is to just look at them and just stamp love on them. Just stamp them with love. That's right. And so how often can we do that today? When we look at someone, when our first inclination is to want to judge or label them a certain way, just to see them, see them in love, see them in the same oneness, the same yes that is us as well, and just to stamp them with love. No matter how they show up, no matter how we show up, up just to stamp them with love. So your moment of yes for today is stamp them with love. What do you think, bud? I'm going to contemplate a second donut here, but you all have a wonderful day, and that's your moment of yes for today. See you, everyone.
