Stop counting your age, money, or wins. Counting breeds comparison and worry that keeps you from being present. What you have right now is enough.

Good morning, happy Sunday to everyone. Hope you're enjoying your morning. Your moment of yes for today, hope you enjoy it. So your moment of yes for today is stop counting. In fact, don't count. Don't count how old you are, don't count the money in your bank account, don't keep score of who's doing what and what you've done. Stop counting, don't keep score. Just be present. Just respond in each moment with however you are inspired to respond, not worrying about how much you have tucked away with how much, how many. It's just not important. So your moment of yes for today is stop counting. Don't worry about keeping score. When we start to keep score and count, we start to compare. We start to compete, we start to worry, we start to fear instead of just accepting and embracing that what we have right now is enough and it's perfect and it's all we need right now. Everything else is just a distraction, kind of like the boys screaming in the next room. It's just a distraction. So stop counting, stop keeping score. That's your Moment of Yes for today, everyone. Have a great Sunday.
