Good morning everyone. Here is your moment of yes for today. Now we spent yesterday thinking about oxygen and thinking about what are our oxygen activities that really make us feel alive, that are the most important things in our life that we need on a regular basis to bring out our purpose and our passion and our energy. So hopefully you had a good time thinking about that and continue doing that. So today, if we're not spending time doing oxygen activities, what activities do we have in our life that are suffocating us, that are not allowing us to breathe, that are not giving us the inspiration, the motivation to do the things that we're most passionate about? And these suffocating activities might not even be malicious or necessarily bad. But they might just be taking us away from our oxygen. And if there are activities that are taking away— taking you away from the things that you need most, those are probably suffocating you to a certain extent. So today, your moment of yes is to think about some activities that you do on a regular basis, could be daily, weekly, or whatnot, that are essentially sort of suffocating you from getting all the oxygen that you need. And what are you willing to do about that? Can you start today carving out a little bit of time to choose oxygen over suffocation? I think you can do that. So that's your moment of yes for today, everyone. Have a wonderful, big, deep breath day. Take care.
