Good morning, everyone. Here is your Moment of Yes for today. Back in Florida after a great weekend in Illinois with the Authentic Transformation Group. But it's good to be back. How did yesterday's Moment of Yes go with the look to your left? Now, I actually heard from a few of you yesterday and some cool, cool stories of what actually happened when you really decided to Whatever was on your left, to just to really appreciate it. And so to Sacred Poem and to Hollister, thank you for sharing your cool stories. Anyone else, feel free to send them in. Your moment of yes for today is going to blow your mind. Crazy. Look to your right. All right. This video, instead of looking to the left today, we're gonna look to the right. You see how hard it is for me to come up with these moments of yes? Tomorrow is look down. Actually, no, it's not. But in reality, that's what we could do. And being in that mode of that mental mindset of appreciation, when we stop and we take the time to be present, to actually observe, to notice details, to notice That actual expression in front of us, whether it's a living thing or whether it's just an object, and you start to appreciate just the expression of what it is and how it's expressed and maybe who made it or just the qualities of what it is. That moment of appreciation can really be transformational. So today it's look to the right. And whether you're in your car— well, don't look to the right too long— but whether in your car, you're at work, You're at home, whatever you're doing, take a moment, appreciate whatever is right there, and look at it in a way that you've never looked at it before. And that is your moment of yes for today. Have a wonderful day, everyone. Bye.
