Good morning, everyone. Here is your Moment of Yes. Now, my inspiration came to me during my run this morning, and the idea is to really take stock and pay attention to what in our life changes and what in our life is changeless. And for me, the only thing that is really changeless in life is that Which we can't see, that which is spiritual qualities. Anything material, anything that we can touch, anything that we can see is a finite form. It is constantly, constantly changing. Even the wooden chair sitting in your room is constantly changing. Its material structure is— its composition is always changing. The relationships in your life— Are living things. They are continuously changing, as are your own body, your finances, the earth. Everything that we can feel, touch, and see is constantly changing. Now, sometimes that scares us, and sometimes that doesn't feel good, but when we take our thought, we take our consciousness to a higher level, to the changeless, to the qualities, to the expression, to spirit, Love, everything idea, spiritual, we see that really all the things that we fear as changing are actually changeless in a spiritual consciousness. The person, the loved one, the expression is changeless. The form is always changing. And so I challenge you today, give you the opportunity to notice everything in your life That you are attached to, that brings you joy, that brings you peace, and ask yourself, am I attached to this in a material form or a spiritual form? And am I attached to what is constantly changing, or am I finding peace in the changeless? And I think peace comes when we start to embrace the changeless, which is the spiritual, the idea. And just surrender and accept the changing form of the finite. That is your moment of yes for today, everyone. Have a wonderful, peaceful, loving day.
