Good morning, everyone. Happy Wednesday. Here's your moment of yes for today. First of all, I need to thank everyone who participated in Hollister's request, her gift request for me. Anyone who was able to contribute, thank you. Thank you so much. World's best gift ever. And I just got to enjoy the day yesterday, just kind of Leafing through it at times and reliving awesome memories and and getting to hear some really really wonderful things. So just tremendously humbled by that gift and knowing that it's a gift I will turn to many many times. So thank you to everyone who was a part of that. Yesterday was just a wonderful simple perfect way to celebrate. 40 years. And so as I sit here today, I'm like, all right, 40 plus 1, what does, what does today mean? And as I'm, as I'm listening, the idea came to me this morning about thinking about sort of the first 40 years of life and how most of the time it's felt like it's been a journey to figure things out, to figure out who I am, to figure out what I'm supposed to be doing, to figure out What is God? What is love? What is spirituality? And obviously in the past few years, if not more, I've been embracing, and my wife and family have been embracing, the unlearning process and the not figuring out and the not needing to have and the not needing to identify or attach to things or know. So if the first 40 years for the most part was needing to know My feeling for the next 40 is the letting go, the not needing to know but letting go, the unattaching, the unlearning, less interested in what is right and more interested in what is love and responding, simply responding authentically as best I I can, as honestly as I can, moment by moment, and noticing when I'm not. That feels like the next 40, or at least that feels like the next 5 minutes. How about that? So that's your Moment of Yes for today. The first 40 looked one way. The next 40 seems to be unfolding differently. We'll see how that goes. That's your Moment of Yes for today, everyone. Have a wonderful day.
