Courage isn't about heroic acts. It's about living authentically and making choices that align with your purpose, even when they go against the status quo, which the speaker calls the status no. Notice the fear that comes up when you consider stepping out of your comfort zone, and let that inner calling guide you toward a more authentic life.

Good morning, everyone. Here's your Moment of Yes for today. Happy Tuesday to you. So what does being courageous look like to you? When I mention courage, I'm not mentioning necessarily running into a burning house, which is obviously courageous, but I'm thinking about courage from the standpoint of living and being your authentic self, of making choices and living a a style of life or quality of life that really resonates with your authenticity, that really resonates with your purpose. And so it can be very, very difficult to step outside of the norm, to make choices that kind of go against the flow, to go against the status quo, which I call the status no. So what does courageous look like to you when you think about who you are and where you are and some things that you would really like to do or some choices that you would really like to make, but maybe there's some fear behind it. Just notice that. Notice that fear, but really notice the inner calling inside of you that might be yearning to do something different or to be different based— and that fear coming from having to step outside of the comfort zone. Of common, the comfort zone of what everyone else does, thinks, or believes. So courage for you and for me is stepping outside of that comfort zone into more of our authentic zone, the status no. So think about that today. That's your moment of yes, everyone. Have a wonderful day. Thank you.
