Good morning, everyone. Here is your Moment of Yes for today. Happy Saturday. How are you? I got some shaving to do. The gray matches the beard, matches the shirt. What are you gonna do? Your Moment of Yes for today, just a reminder, this is the countdown to Thanksgiving, and a part of our countdown to Thanksgiving is to spend a few minutes each day pondering, reflecting, listening, being open to grace. around the idea of forgiveness. Who or what in your life keeps coming to the surface that we're holding on to? Some resentment, some pain that we haven't let go of. Today we're going to talk about the big 3. The big 3 that I like to call them, if you're not sure if you're in a victim mindset or a victor mindset, a growth mindset or a fixed mindset, whatever you want to say. Growth and victor is good. Fixed and victim is bad. So if you know you're in the victim mindset, if 3 things, any 3 things are showing up, and that's if— are you complaining? Are you blaming? Or are you making excuses? Think about any situation in your life right now that's maybe frustrating to you. Are you complaining about it? Blaming anyone, including yourself? Or just making excuses about it? If you are, that's probably a key that you're kind of stuck in the no mindset or the victim mindset. And so when you catch yourself complaining, blaming, making excuses, that's just your opportunity to recognize that and go, oh wow, I'm totally in a victim mindset. I'm seeing myself as separate from love, separate from God. And that's your opportunity to not change what's going on, but to actually go back to your beliefs. Challenge your beliefs that you have about the situation, about the other person, or about yourself. And it's when you correct it in the beliefs— That's where things show up differently, and that's where you're no longer in that victim mindset. So where do you find yourself complaining, blaming, or making excuses? If you notice yourself in that, go back to those beliefs, and that's the spot to go. That's your moment of yes for today. Countdown to Thanksgiving. Have a wonderful day, everyone.
