Good morning, everyone. Here is your moment of yes for today. Your moment of yes for today is this is perfect right now. This moment, this is perfect. Now I'm going to challenge you today to to carry that idea with you no matter where you are, what you're doing, or what is happening. If you can go back to the idea of this is perfect right now, what is happening right now in this moment is perfect. In this moment doesn't mean you necessarily want it to stay that way, but in that moment, instead of feeling anxious about it needing to change or wanting to change, just accepting that you are perfect, you are surrounded in love, and that this moment is perfect. In reality, this too shall pass, right? Everything going on right now, this too shall pass, whether it's awesome and amazing. It's going to pass, or whether it's horrible and tragic. This too shall pass. Everything is constantly changing. Every moment, every physical moment of our life is constantly changing. Can we see it in a, in a spiritual light that everything that's going on is perfect? Because our untouchable spiritual self is always in perfection and love. And therefore, the current moment, whatever is going on, it's perfect. Like my college soccer coach used to say, if you want it to be over with, it never will be. All that means is don't resist the current moment. Don't resist what you can learn from this experience right now by wishing that it's over. Instead, embrace it. Admit that it is perfect right now. There are lessons to be learned. But But it too shall pass. It will be over soon, and then you'll be on to the next perfect moment. Give that a shot today and see how you do. Let me know how it goes. That's your moment of yes. Have a wonderful day, everyone.
