Good morning, everyone. Here is your moment of yes for today. This is my last morning in Grafton, Illinois, the end of the Authentic Transformation weekend for this time. We'll see everybody in a couple months. This week is all about appreciation. And by appreciation, I mean really just loving, noticing, and just embracing Anything and everything. And so there's gonna be lots of, lots of appreciation going on this week. So today your moment of yes is I want you to look to your left. All right, look to your left. This is my left. All right, look to your left and whatever you notice, the first thing that you notice, take a few seconds. Maybe it's at the end of this video. Take a few seconds and just appreciate it. It could be a wall. It could be a chair. Hopefully it's a person. I have no idea. Whatever it is, the first thing that, that your thought falls on, take a moment to just appreciate it. A wise, wise friend shared this weekend, love what is in front of you. So whatever is to your left, Take a moment. Total, full appreciation. Not for what you have always labeled it as, but for what you are noticing and appreciating. The value and the beauty and what it is giving you and bringing you and expressing right now. Can you see beyond the superficial label or judgment that you've always given it and just appreciate it right now? This week is all going to be appreciation, everybody. Have a wonderful, wonderful moment of yes.
