Every head is a world. The speaker uses this proverb to argue that empathy means recognizing others' actions come from their own internal narrative, not from attacks on you. When you see situations through someone else's perspective, misunderstandings shrink and relationships improve.

Good morning, everyone. Here is your Moment of Yes. I'm sure the title to today's Moment of Yes was a little misleading. I mean, accurate, but disappointing at the same time. So sorry, ladies. So your Moment of Yes for today, as you can see, I'm back home for a long weekend. Your Moment of Yes is to think about The quality of empathy. I've been talking to students and the kids this week a lot about the quality of empathy and what it means to be empathic. There's a great proverb that I love that says, every head is a world. And think about that. Every head is a world. Inside of everybody's head, their thinking is an entire world of stories, perceptions, and thoughts. And how you view the world is completely different than how anyone else views the world or views a situation or views anything. So if we can experience that quality of empathy, to be willing to respect someone, to love someone enough to look at things from their perspective, to understand where they're coming from, it might make sense if we're allowed to do that, if we give ourselves permission to do that. In recognizing why someone might say what they say or do what they do. Instead of taking things personally, we can just see that, wow, from their perspective or the story that they have going on or the situations that are going on in their life right now, that might have a huge impact of why they are responding or treating you the way that they're treating you. So it's really not about you at all. It's about the perception that they have. And if you understand that, there's a good chance that relationship, that interaction is going to be better. So the quality of empathy for today is your moment of yes. Every head is a world, and have a great day. Trent, you want to say anything?
