Good morning everyone. Here is your moment of yes for today. It is a new week and actually it is, it's trash day this morning. So, and actually, you know what, we have trash day twice a week. As a kid, it feels like trash day was only like once a week. And so you want to make sure that you didn't miss that trash day each week. And so when you think about it, each week we have an accumulation of trash buildup in our home, and once a week we get to take it out and get rid of it, release it from our home so it's not piling up anymore. So take out the trash today. That's your moment of yes. Take out the trash today. What if we celebrated trash day every day? And every morning when we got up, we took out the mental trash, the beliefs, the fears, everything that wasn't serving our highest purpose, that's not serving our growth and our progress, anything that's holding us back. Let's take it to the curb. Kick it to the curb. Let's take out the trash. And so as I'm sitting here, I can hear the truck in the distance. I'm remembering I have not taken out the trash yet. So I'm going to do that now. And I encourage all of us to take a moment today. Sit down for 30 seconds. Sit down for a minute in silence. Be quiet and listen. See what shows up. And if there's any trash there that needs to be taken out, let's take out the trash for the day, and let's do that every day. That's your moment of yes for today, guys. Have a good one.
