A speaker urges teachers, parents, and caregivers to do their best work and then let go of controlling the outcome. Stress comes from attachment to results; peace comes from trusting yourself, others, and a higher power. Act from compassion, not fear, and turn it over to love.

Good morning, everyone. Here is your moment of yes for today. Hope everyone is doing well. Now, I've been doing a lot of different workshops and trainings recently. And, you know, when I do a class or when I do a course, I'm obviously very passionate and believe in the curriculum, believe in the content. And it's really easy to want to get so wrapped up into Wanting the attendance or whoever's taking the class to walk away feeling a certain way or to see them take a specific action. It's really easy to kind of get wrapped up in wanting to see that kind of feedback come in or wanting to get attached to what's actually going to happen. In reality, it's just not the case. Learning to trust, to put your best foot forward To do the best that you can and then just let go and then release whatever happens. And I don't think it's any different in parenting or whatever endeavor, career that you have. You know, you show up, you show up with purpose, you show up with passion, you do the best that you can, and then what happens as a result is, is going to be most times out of your control. And any sense of stress or anxiety often comes from From wanting to— wanting that outcome to be a certain way and being frustrated or discouraged when it's not. So today, you know, have your focus be just continuing to show up and do the best that you can and then just letting it go. Letting go of the results or the outcome and trusting at the same time. Trusting other people, trusting God, trusting the universe that That how everyone responds to a situation is them being led from their highest as well. And you have your perspective, they have theirs, and you can just let go and turn it over to love. So that's your moment of yes for today, everyone. Have a wonderful day. Thank you.
